Refreshing and troubleshooting
Videos are not showing up: If you find there is some videos not appearing on the watchfolders or you have removed from watch folders manually, and it's showing up, you can choose refresh button on the collection details panel. You can find this button on the right side of the collection header.
Screen freezing while refresh:While loading videos or refreshing, depending on number of videos and how large the videos are, the system may take some time to fetch the detials. So, you may see a temporary freezing of the collection details section and a loding cursor. This only happens if there are new videos added.
Handling duplicate videosThis section allows multiple of the same videos, so when selecting one it would select all the videos that have exactly same content. And any changes would apply to only first video. We recomend to remove duplicate videos.
