Hidden collections

Hidden collections remove entire collections of videos from view. Videos in hidden collections do not appear in collection listings, search results, or playlists.

Hide or unhide a collection

To hide or unhide a collection, go to the All Collections view from the header. Right-click any collection and choose the appropriate hide or unhide option from the context menu.

Toggling hidden collections

You can show or hide hidden collections in either of the following ways:

• Go to Preferences > Collections and enable the Show hidden collections toggle.
• Press Shift + Cmd + H, or go to Menu > View > Toggle hidden collections.

NSFW content

NSFW content refers to content that may be inappropriate to view at work or in front of children. When a video is marked as NSFW, its thumbnail and video are blurred by default. Videos also do not play automatically, and you must click intentionally to view them.

Toggling NSFW settings

If you want to view all NSFW videos without blur and without the click-to-view restriction, you can change this setting in Settings > General. If you want to add or remove the NSFW flag for an individual video, you can do that from the Video Details panel.

Theme

By default, VDO follows your system appearance settings. You can also choose to use Light, Dark, or System mode, depending on your preference.

Changing the theme

To change the theme, go to Settings > General. There, you can select one of the available theme options using the radio buttons.
